What we do
Practical support for everyday life.
Practical, one-to-one support for adults who want to do more for themselves in everyday life — real tasks, in real places, at a pace that feels manageable.
For self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. We are an unregistered provider and can't accept NDIA-managed funding.

Where support happens
At home
Cooking, cleaning, routines and looking after your space. You might choose a simple meal, work out what's needed, and practise making it together. Along the way you're practising planning, following steps in order and organising a space so it works for you.
Out and about
Shopping, transport, appointments and getting around. You might plan a trip on the bus, practise it once with one of us, then again on your own. Along the way you're practising reading timetables, handling money, asking for help and staying calm when things change.
Everyday routines and organisation
Everyday routines such as planning meals, organising your week, getting things done and keeping track of what's coming up.
Confidence and connection
Conversations, joining in, and following through on things that matter to you. You might practise phoning to book something, or turn up to a local group with support the first time. Along the way you're practising speaking up, managing nerves and building routines that keep you connected.
These are examples, not a fixed menu — and it's practice, not therapy. What we work on comes from your goals and your plan.
Some people may choose to start their program with a stay at Sundeck Gardens — read how that works.
What we do not do
Being clear about the limits.
We don't provide personal care, medication support or clinical therapy. If you need one of those supports while you're with us, an appropriate support person can come along too. We'll talk through who does what before the session, so everyone is clear and comfortable.
Not sure whether this is the right fit? That's a normal first question. Get in touch and we'll talk it through with no obligation.
Funding and pricing
Our support rates are based on the current NDIS pricing schedule. We confirm your rate in writing and agree it with you before support begins.
If you're not sure how your funding is managed, or whether it can be used for this kind of support, tell us what you know and we'll work it out together.

What happens before support begins?
Get in touch however suits you. A first conversation is just a conversation — nothing is committed.
We spend time understanding what your days look like, what is working, and what you would like to change.
We agree what to focus on first, and what success would look like to you. The plan is yours and it can change.
Where can we meet?
We're based around Maroochydore and Cotton Tree and support adults in surrounding Sunshine Coast suburbs. Where we meet is agreed with you beforehand — we can come to you locally, you can travel to meet us, or we can settle on a place that suits the activity. If you're a bit further out and able to travel, you're welcome to enquire.
Which days is support available?
Support is available seven days a week.
How do I enquire, and when will you reply?
Send an enquiry to tell us a little about what you’re hoping to work on. We’ll arrange a first conversation — by phone, or in person if that’s easier. No commitment.
We usually reply within 2–3 business days.
